The Pottery Studio Asahigama is located near Daigenta Lake. Visitors can try using a potter's wheel to make their own creations.
Finished pieces are fired and glazed by facility staff and sent to their creators by post. Visitors can also fire and glaze their own works, but this will require an additional visit at a later date.
Staff gently instruct everyone, from beginners to longtime pottery lovers. This is a popular place for getting in touch with clay and discovering the fun of pottery.
